THIS IS NOT A DISCO PARTY

thisisnotadiscoparty

“This Is Not A Disco Party“…
but a TECHNO party planned to take off with a first edition the 5th March 2010 at Berghain Kantine.

The focus of the party are international female djs and live performers with something to say in the large electronic scene. Confirmed or aspiring, doesn’t matter, as long as the quality of the music is on top.
Male artists are not excluded AT ALL but we have to admit, this time the balance will incline more on the feminine side.

This Is Not A Disco Party #1 prepares to burst into the Berliner clubbing scene with a first exquisite line up :

DASHA RUSH - Live Set (Fullpanda)

Born in Russia, Dasha Rush has spent most of her time between Paris, London and Tokyo, exploring emotional and technological aspects of electronic music,as well as symbiosis and conflicts between sound and other artistic expressions. In end of the year 2004 she seriously approached dance floor music, and created a new record label called “Fullpanda“. Her first release was quite successful, and the track “Shtirlitz“ appeared in various dj’s charts. In 2006 appeared “Forms Ain’t Formats“. In her debut album Dasha combines dancefloor rythms and bass lines with expiremental soundscapes, mixinig cold industrial sounds with a minimalist atmosphere. This release provoked numerous reactions and reviews from international music magazines, djs, producers as well as several following Ep’s. At the moment Dasha Rush perform mostly Live acts and from time to time also dj sets. Otherwise she is developing her Label, and producing other artists.

She is a member of the French “synthé addict crew“ Robonom. As artist of the French net label Martialfunk, Myako will release this year a digital EP.
